Chief Executive Officer

Junior, Class of 2022

Runs the company in-person with the help of the other managers. Sets up jobs and tasks for others, informs employees of due dates and important events, and schedules meetings with the class.

ZACHARY

Chief Financial Officer

Senior, Class of 2021
A chief financial officer is the senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of a company. The CFO's duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.

SEAN

Chief Marketing Officer

Junior, Class of 2022

Monitors management and marketing employees. Keeps everyone informed and on task. Takes charge in branding competitions as well as making deals with other companies.

MICHAEL J

Head Accountant

Senior, Class of 2021

Processes all company invoices through our accounting department; Assigns company numbers for all new customers; Prepares spreadsheets for all VE and non-VE sales; Creates receipts of customer payments; Follows up on outstanding invoices by contacting customers via email, written correspondence sent through the mail, and/or phone calls; Create reports at the end of each month to itemize the status of accounts receivable records and outstanding account balances; Resolves any incorrect customer payments.

MICHAEL R

Financial Director

Junior, Class of 2022
Processes payment for all company expenses including payroll; Determines employee payroll deductions and withholding allowances; Completes the monthly Accounts Payable Report; Creates and processes purchase orders to restock inventory; Ensures that all company expenses are paid in a timely manner to avoid interest charges and poor relations with other VE firms; Creates employee personal checks; Creates, manages, and processes payroll through our Accounting Department; Maintains hard copy files of accounting records.

CHRISTIAN

Technology Director

Junior, Class of 2022

Oversees the creation and maintenance of the company’s website; Supervises and gives direction to the web development team; Coordinates with Marketing Department to include all products/services on company website; Prepares weekly updates to include special offers; Posts HR interest stories on website; Creates and upkeeps social media pages (can delegate specific assignments to departmental staff).

Human Recourses

Senior, Class of 2021
Assists in the creation and maintenance of all personnel files and benefits; Directly responsible for maintaining employee attendance and leave records on a daily basis; Creates documents and certificates for recognition of employee performance; Assists in the creation of the Employee Manual; Assists with the creation of the monthly company newsletter.

GIOVANNI

Sales Manager

Senior, Class of 2021
Continuously designs new products for the company. Uses multiple websites to create the best designs and prototypes for upcoming releases. Inputs all of the designs and final products on the company website. Creates the name with the final product and releases the finishing touches on the product page on the company website.

DANIELLE

Marketing Manager

Junior, Class of 2022

Develops the company’s marketing objectives, (including target market, marketing mix, etc.); Effectively implements the company’s strategic marketing plan; Researches and helps establish the company product and service lines; Creates marketing surveys or delegates this task to another employee; Conducts weekly department meetings to distribute tasks and adjust the company’s product line to maintain our competitive edge

Public Relations

Junior, Class of 2022
Focuses on our company's social responsibility. Contributes to a written business plan regarding social responsibility. Maintains company’s communication with Business Partners and Virtual Enterprise Central.

JACK

Communications

Junior, Class of 2022

Keeps the company email updated and communicates with other companies as well. Informs the company on important events(specifically dates and time). Checks the competition and events calendar multiple times a week to keep the company aware of what is going on in the VE community.

JOHN

Director of Sales

Senior, Class of 2021
As Director of Sales John is responsible for managing all sales operations for an organization or business. Duties include drafting sales reports, meeting sales targets, and estimating sales profit for products. Also known as Sales Directors, these experts are talented in negotiation and marketing.

For months and months throughout the intense school year I have waited for this prestigious award, and my time has finally come. I have put my blood, sweat, and tears into this company to make as great of a company I could. I would like to thank all of my coworkers who have helped me along the way. And I would like to give a special shout out to Mr. Barbaro for helping me a long the way, if it wasn't for him I don't know what type of man I would be today. I love him with all my heart and I know he feels the same, we are like two peas in a pot, he's the lighter to my firework, he's the spoon the my cereal. That is all I have to say, Thank to Techtastic.
